Patricia Foley

Born and raised in upstate NY, Patricia moved to Florida to be closer to family and is following in her older brother, a successful Real Estate Broker’s footsteps. Patricia’s professional experience serving the public in office administration, landscaping services, working with the Developmentally Disabled, and working for the School District of Manatee County has helped her develop exceptional customer service and project management skills. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and is a fitness enthusiast.


Jen Griggs
Raised on the Little Manatee River in Ruskin, Jen has returned to Tampa Bay after working nationwide as an environmental consultant. She loves traveling, sailing and analyzing the real estate market, especially for entry-level investing and waterfront.


Vanessa Martin

Born and raised in Brooklyn New York, Vanessa moved to Florida in 1991 and began her 22-year career in management at Walgreens, where she built a reputation of providing great service and training staff to build relationships. After she retired, she became a substitute teacher for Polk County and Hillsborough County. She studied Business Marketing and Digital Media at Polk State College and is also a freelance photographer. She is married to an Army Veteran and they have 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren.
